- When soaking round reed, your soaking time may vary, depending upon the size of the reed. Larger
diameters (#7-#18) will require 2 to 3 hours.
- When bending larger sizes of reed, you can heat the wet reed when bending it with a heat gun or
propane torch, in the area of the bend, for smaller radiuses or special shapes.
